Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 48 hours of purchase. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. All shipments from آل برجس العطور are fully insured until delivered or collected. Upon delivery or collection, a signature will be required as confirmation. If the receiver is not the original purchaser (such as in the case of gifts), the recipient’s signature will be treated as proof of delivery and order fulfillment.

Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and our courier partner’s service. Public holidays may affect this timeline.

Refunds & Cancellations
Order Cancellation
Customers are unable to cancel an order once placed. Cancellations may only be initiated by آل برجس العطور in cases such as stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues.
Refund for Cancelled or Rejected Orders
For prepaid orders, if we cancel or reject an order (or any item in it), the corresponding amount including any applicable taxes will be refunded within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Failed Transactions
If your payment is processed but the order fails, the full amount (including taxes) will be automatically refunded within 3–5 business days.
